In the last 25 years education, through a large variety of yogic studies, was always intertwined with teaching yoga in social centres, schools, hospitals and prisons. Therefore the knowledge of yoga that I perceived during those years was not only theoretical but also tested in society, bringing yoga from door to door, from shore to shore…
Yoga is a journey, a discovery into the more quiet, silent realms of consciousness.
This journey is both universal and personal and I consider it an honour to guide the people I meet and add some inspiration, empathy, enthusiasm, humour, patience and passion along the way so that I am able to make clear that yoga can be a path of concentration into the deeper layers of consciousness without loosing the joy of living one's life in the present society.
