I started practicing yoga when I was fourteen years of age. Around my 20th birthday I decided to take a teachers training course in a Lisbon yoga school I was practicing in. After the one year course finished I worked as an intern in that school for another year, and afterward started to teach outside the school.
One day I was looking for answers about certain aspects of the yoga practice, and a friend introduced me to the Kundalini Tantra book. What a discover that was. I decided I had to go to India and learn from that tradition. Took the 4 month course in Munger in 2007. From then onwards I kept deepening my connection with the Bihar Yoga tradition and kept returning to India. After some time I took a teachers training integration course with Swami Vedantananda Saraswati in Monchique, Portugal, with whom I have learned a lot and who helped me to grow as a Satyananda system of yoga teacher.
