Following the steps of my mother, I started practicing Yoga in 2003 whilst still studying in school. After that and after my first visit to India, my first and foundation-lying academic study had to be at the Satyananda Yoga Academy in Europe being followed by a Teacher Training Course at the Satyananda Yoga Academy Australasia. In the meantime I completed a six months Gurukul Lifestyle Course in Munger and Rikhia and went on deepening my experience and knowledge through various seminars around the world as well as in our own Yoga School in Vienna, Bhavani, where I have been teaching for about four years now. I teach in German, English and Bulgarian.
I am also currently completing my teaching degree in physics, psychology and philosophy at the University of Vienna and I also work as an Explainer at a Science Center here.
Thus my interests and emphasis in teaching yoga lie on yoga in school and yoga as a supporting tool in everyday life, Shatkarmas, Pranayama and Meditation, Yoga Nidra, mantra chanting and kirtan, as well as philosophical and psychological aspects of yoga and aspects bridging the eastern and western traditions.
I help organizing Yoga seminars and workshops in Bhavani, Vienna as well as retreats and Ashram stays in Europe and India.
