Mudita has been practicing yoga since 2004. She received her training in Satyananda Yoga Academies Europe and Australia, and Bihar School of Yoga (BSY) in India.
She continues to deepen her knowledge and experience going back to the source and visiting BSY in India regularly several times a year.
To her yoga is a precious gift that teaches us to live in the present moment, to improve the quality of life, to live a life full of value, to accept ourselves and the others, to become positive and better human beings.
