I am a yoga teacher with interest in meditation and living yoga life. The lessons are always the Satyananda system of yoga. In teaching I use my skills as a medical doctor, but more important I try to show applications of yoga in daily life. Sometimes students start yoga just as weekly class, but often they find out that using yoga tools in daily life improves the quality and happiness in life. To let people experience that is my drive for teaching the Satyananda system of yoga.
