Every person is a prism with multiple sides. We know that yoga takes care of our physical side through asanas, pranayama and shatkarmas, but in order to live a full and contented life, we also need to nourish other sides of our personality.
Once we are off the yoga mat and we start with our daily activities, we should do some inner yoga. We add meaning and beauty to our life when we use karma, bhakti and jnana yoga to enrich it.
With karma yoga we learn to do any activity, chore or work with joy and creativity. Using elements of bhakti yoga we keep our hearts open, and our emotions balanced and sublime. And with jnana yoga we walk towards discovering our true nature, shedding masks that somehow accumulate over time, and start accepting ourselves. And we begin to live more freely.
In this seminar we will look into some simple yet effective practices and attitudes that lead to a more balanced, happy, harmonious and complete life.
In contemporary times that may be lacking spiritual inspiration, it is important to have one’s own philosophy in life and to share the wisdom and teachings of accomplished Masters that will serve as a beacon to illuminate our paths.
