Raja yoga and bhakti yoga are the two branches which manage the head and heart. They are the two complementary aspects of the Yoga Chakra, the Wheel of Yoga. They deal with mind and emotion management respectively and offer yogic tools so that these strong forces can be channelled in a direction which allows one to connect with and experience positivity both internally and externally.
In this training, the practices and principles of raja yoga and bhakti yoga are introduced, along with lifestyle adjustment so that participants can attain wellbeing and balance in life.
