In 1991 I came into contact with the teachings of Swami Satyananda and felt that through him yoga was being presented in a sincere, authentic and complete way. From that moment I aspired to travel to India and experience ashram life.
In 2011 I had the opportunity to visit Munger and Rikhia. The experience deeply transformed my understanding of yoga and the way I saw myself. Since then, I have returned regularly to participate in courses, programs, yajnas and ashram life, maintaining a living connection with the tradition.
The impulse to share yoga gradually arose within me and eventually led me to teach. I completed the Yogic Studies training at the Satyananda Yoga Academy in Bogotá and continue to teach in Spain. In recent years I have also been offering yoga as voluntary service in care homes for older people.
I feel grateful for the opportunity to share the practices and teachings of yoga with others.
